A switch from the big fox to the little fox today!
We made it to Batesville, IN last night around 10 pm. We are up and ready for set up today in Cincinnati, OH and for my class at 2:30 pm. We have about an hour drive this morning into Cincinnati.
Here are some pictures of my niece who loves horses! She was at a horse show of some kind this weekend and took home several ribbons. Way to Go Hallie!

Have a last few stamps to make this morning but we are mostly packed! I don’t really unpack. I wash the clothes and just put them back in the suitcase. So they went back in the suitcase this morning and the suitcase went back into the truck…Looking forward to Cincinnati!

Just a quick post today. Excited the weather is warming up some! Last night was playing with background pattern paper and white scallop oval punch with burlap ribbon.

it’s another halloween card today. It’s been a complicated day beginning with no milk for breakfast, no cream for the coffee, and no groceries in the house! But I do have my laundry all caught up, groceries in the house, suitcases put away, all the orders have gone out, the bills have all been paid, and I have a good start on getting stamps done for the next show which is in two weeks. Not bad for a Tuesday 🙂
I have been working on a quilt for my niece and I have three rows left on it so it’s in my plans to have that done before I leave for the Mesa, AZ show. I got it all cut out and basted together this evening so now I just need to get sewing…so I think I’ll do that! Have a good evening.
We made it to Cleveland, OH last night. Our hotel room has no heat so it’s a little chilly! Not sure what’s wrong with the heat but it’s a good thing there were two beds in our room since we stole all the covers from the other bed!

These are the colors that we have used in our Design & Treasure on Friday nights before the Heirloom Production shows.
Finally a few baby girls have been born. Sadly one is way down in Texas so I probably won’t see her for awhile and the other is here in MN. So excited! It means I can finally pull out my pink paper. After making the last 3 baby cards blue, it is a good change. I like to use purple and teal if I don’t know whether it is a girl or a boy though and that breaks up the traditional pink and blue, like the elephant card from last Friday. The tag in this card is a punch by EK Success that I ran a copic marker along the edge to add some pink and embellished it with a little heart brad (I love these brads!).

Welcome to Saturday! We do not typically post on the weekends but thought today was special since Valentine’s Day is less than a week away. Has everyone made their cards already? We love this little lightbulb that matches so well with “you light up my heart”.

Here is the same border from Frog Card 2 again! The frog and flies were filled in with Copic Markers.
This card reminds me to worry less and laugh more. This is one of my favorite sayings to put on a thinking of you card for someone going through tough times. Life is hard but there are so many things to find joy in and be thankful for. Here are some things that bring me joy, maybe you share some of them…
1. sitting in the sun with a good book
2. getting an unexpected card in the mail
3. hearing about animals being adopted into wonderful families
4. family reunions
5. getting a whiff of the basil in my kitchen window
