Hello all! For this card, I used three scallop ovals again with a patterned paper in the background. The white paper is dull gloss and here is the link – https://shopec.com/shop/ols/products/dull-glossy-paper. Stamp links are below!
Keeping it simple with this card. First, cut out three scalloped ovals of white dull gloss paper and stamp the flowers. Very important to set the ovals aside to dry before coloring. Then stamp the words on the lower portion of a 4×5.25” piece of white dull gloss. Again, important to let ink dry before coloring and assembling! The middle scallop oval is popped up with a 3D dot. Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend! We planted more flowers and are loving all the colors. See below for some of the flowers in the garden.
Also, here is a quick card with experimental colors. White paper is dull gloss. Colored with alcohol ink markers. Happy Thursday!
Good morning! This is a fun way to use white card stock and patterned paper. I’m having trouble deciding whether to add ribbon or not. The card folds at the top. What do you think?

We are hoping to take the weekend off of stamp making and work on the projects around the house. We purchased a toilet and sink to replace the old ones. I want to get all the crown molding up in the dining room & powder bath. I would like to spray paint an old fan silver. It is currently gold. if it looks good then it won’t need to be replaced. And I would like to get the mudroom painted! It’s a pretty long list but I think we can do it 🙂
The fireworks are booming tonight! Have a great 4th of July.
I’m liking the long daisy. It is a new stamp. I like its versatility. Stamps Used in today’s card: C283 need a hug?; Cc73 Double Grass (I’m loving this new stamp too!); EE56 KB’s Long Daisy, lg; C95 Flowers to cheer
Thankful for our freedom!
Well, we are back from Minneapolis where we had a GREAT time and the fun just continues…We leave Thursday for Collinsville, IL so just three days to make stamps. We are going to be busy little beavers…now if we could get some our nephews to mow grass…that would help 🙂 Here is a great card from Karissa
It’s good to be happy! We were so happy to spend the weekend with Karissa and the Minneapolis people! I had better get to work!
