Good Morning. We have a few more Valentine cards we’ve been working on. We have been busy with orders so I haven’t taken the time to blog. Sometimes there is just too much to do!
Happy Wednesday! This sympathy stamp works really well with small flowers. Here is another version compared to the one last week. The flower was colored with alcohol ink markers.
Stamp links are below!
We’ll have more valentine cards coming too!
Back with Valentine’s! On this card, the heart border on the left was created with A190 Tiny Heart stamp. The owl was colored with alcohol ink markers. Don’t look too close to the words! I was using dull gloss paper and my hands had some lotion so I smudged it a bit when I was glueing the pieces together. 🤦🏻♀️
Copic Markers: E37 Sepia, E55 Light Camel, R32 Peach, E93 Tea Rose, Y17 Golden Yellow
Artist’s Loft Markers: E10 Mocha, B2 Ice Blue
The ribbon holes were created with EK Success Vertical Slot punch.
Have a great weekend!
A little break from valentines with yesterday’s sympathy and today’s birthday card. I love these skinny candles and love blending the alcohol ink markers. I had one little issue with the dark blue that it just wasn’t blending well. I tried putting it on first and then the lighter color and then tried reverse. Not sure why it dried so fast but oh well! That sometimes happens. Things don’t always go as planned. Still love how these look though!
The candles come in a set of reverse images so when stamped together, there is more variation. There is also a cutting die for them if we needed one to pop up. Link is here > https://shopec.com/shop/ols/products/cdee53-skinny-candles-cutting-die-cd5-skn-cnd-ctt
For the inside:
I haven’t decided which one to use yet but am leaning more towards G350.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday!
A quick sympathy card today. This is a clean layout with just one layering swatch and two stamps. The flower is EE65 and was colored with alcohol ink markers. The ribbon hole was created with EK Success Vertical Slot punch.

Good morning and happy Thursday!
This card is white cardstock folded at top with a swatch of dull gloss colored with the edge of an ink pad. I just start at the edge and rub the paper across the ink pad in each direction until I feel it has enough color. The stripes on the purple piece of paper is created with HH28 (link below). The flower is colored with alcohol inks. Links to stamps and cutting die are below!
Today, a sympathy/encouragement card with the large daisy in a triangle vase. Colored with alcohol inks on dull gloss paper.
