September is here! Amazing. The months and years seem to fly by. September brings knee replacement surgery to me. Little nervous but my knees were what took us off the road but of course then along came covid and changed everybody’s world.
Today’s card was made for a young friend who is moving to Michigan that I am going to miss! You might notice that I cut the flower out several times and stacked them instead of using 3-D-Dots. Love that trick.
Enjoy your first day of September! Fall is coming.
Hello! We’ve been a bit busy around here! I had a birthday party to go to so I grabbed a card kit and put it together. Thought I might as well blog it since I have a little time. The card is pretty bright but I love it.
I’ve been using a polka dot stencil that you see showing up on some of my cards. Any one who knows me know that I like polka dots! I stole this card layout from one of a Karissa’s card. I like the simplicity of it. Enjoy your day!
So this is how my cards start off generally. I will make lots of flowers and color and cut them out. I will stamp and punch out words. Then I’ll build kits of cards. Then when I need a card – I grab a kit and put it together with the words that I want! Then the rest gets put back into the kit pile.
I did add a little bee at the last minute. I needed a thank you card so I looked at my kits and came up with this card.
Good Morning. The weather is warming up here in Wisconsin. Yesterday’s weather was a perfect 68 degrees with the sun shining. Loving it!
A simple card this morning. This is a great sketch to use when you are in a hurry. This card is super easy to just change words and make this card Birthday, Thinking of You, or just about anything! The Aleo Vera Cutting Die is back in stock for any who have been waiting for it.
