Good Morning! We have a very cold morning here in Wisconsin. Many of you may know that we left the road, not because of Covid, but because my knees where bad. So on Dec 14, 2021 I had bilateral knee replacement! Yep I did both at the same time. It’s been a long recovery road but I’m getting there. That is one tough surgery! I had a friend who helped me a bit because I was having trouble sleeping and so I needed a card for her. Today’s card is a couple variations that I came up with.
It’s really takes a huge group of people to get someone through knee surgery. My kids were here for days helping us. We could not have done it without them. In the middle of recovery Kevin got Covid so that added a bit of a challenge. So glad those days are behind us and now just lots of physical therapy and hopefully some stamping!
Good morning and happy Monday! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
On this card the white paper is dull gloss (link below) and the key to using it is making sure the ink dries before coloring! It’s so disappointing when it gets smudged. Alcohol ink markers were used to color the images. Loving these cheerful sunflowers right now!
So last week I showed you one of my card kits. And so today’s card shows how I put them together.., there are four outside sayings along with a inside saying. So when I need a card I have one with the exact saying that I want.
I love doing cards like this so I have options! I feel like these pictures don’t do the card justice. It is so much better in real life.
Good Evening. I have a little time so I thought I would share a card. This bouquet is one of my favorites of the new stamps. Hope your weekend was good – ours was filled with family and friends! The best kind of weekend.
Hello! Here is another sample layout you could use in our card kits. Thanks to all who ordered! We love putting kits together – reminds us of make n takes 🤪 We plan to do more since the response has been good.
