I promised pictures of my cards made with the paper I purchased at the garage sale. I’m really having fun with the paper.

I also have some news…a few weeks ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I under went double mastectomy on Thursday and I’m home recovering. it’s been quite a shock and I think I’m so a little numb but surgery went well and we are waiting on the biopsy to know what comes next.

Cutting Dies w/ matching stamp, Dull Glossy Paper, flowers, Friendship

Spent some time in the Stamp Studio yesterday! Oh it was so much fun. I got this border Cutting Die from My Favorite Things several weeks ago and I am just getting a chance to use it. I love border punches and they are really a thing of the past so I need to move on to border Cutting Dies!

It’s hard to see but I’m really into layering my Cutting Dies.

I cut out extra and glue together and layer. No need for 3-D-Dots! They add so much depth to the card but it’s hard to see on the pictures. if you’ve gotten a Frog card kit or the Present card kit-you will know what I’m talking about!

We have had an abundance of sunshine lately after our big snow storm! It’s melting all that stuff. We have another card kit to post. This card is so cheerful. And now we are getting another round of snow tonight! Hmm maybe should do a little stamping!

Three Potted Rose cards

Dull Glossy Paper, flowers, Just a Note, Missing You

Happy Monday! I love using textured paper for a background. On all of these cards, the background is 4×5-1/4″. The white paper (dull glossy) is 4×2-5/8″ with the color swatch sized 4-1/4×2-7/8″. I used 3D foam squares to pop up the smaller swatches with one foam square in each corner and one in the middle. The roses were colored with alcohol ink markers. Links are below!

Good Evening. We have some fun NEW downloadable images! I have been working on some cute valentines. These cards are 2.75” x 4.25”. Cute for packages and for fun. It also gives me an excuse to use my envelope punch and make my own envelope!

After punching this blue circle out of a piece of paper I realized it already had words stamped on it so I used it on the next card because I needed to send a get well card

So how downloaded images work…You purchase online and then from home print on your own paper and make into cards. They are so much fun and so much cheaper to produce and purchase! Any questions let me know!!??

I needed to make some thinking of you cards so I made a few in my “clean off my desk” mission.

I actually cut out three frames and glued together for some depth but still mailable! Just a simple card.

You may have noticed that this is the same word stamp that was used on yesterday’s card. I love bees and be cards but don’t want to specific of a stamp and I love being able to change the words to fit my card.

Cleaning Desk

I have had a very messy desk for several weeks now and I’ve decided it needs cleaning up!

I’ve had several cards all “in the process” of being made but none of them completed. I had a couple of hours today to complete several of them. I hope to post them this week. I hope you enjoy them!

Good Evening! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had an awesome few days with family and friends. Didn’t get much work done but many memories were made.

We continue to have really warm weather. I think it was between 40 degree and 50 degree weather which is t-shirt and shorts weather here in Wisconsin- although you southerners might think that was winter coat weather!

I got a couple of new Cutting Dies on the Michael’s website during the Black Friday week that I had to try out.

I think they will be very versatile and useful!

I’ve been busy getting orders out today but needed to send a friend a thank you card. She sent us some really good banana bread! It needed to be quick and easy. And it needed to be flat so I could mail without issues.

I have had this cuddlebug folder forever and have never really been happy with how I made a card with it. But really love it in this layout!
