Good morning and happy new year! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. 🥳

The two cards today show different ways to color the EE53 skinny candles. One of our favorites is a gradient and the other is to add stripes/dots. With both, we start with the lightest color marker and then add the darker color. White paper is dull gloss. The pink striped background paper is from a paper pack. The green striped background we created using the HH28 dots and lines border stamp.

Good Morning and happy Thursday! We are working on staying positive over here and believing in good things to come. This is a fairly quick card with four stamps. The snowman and white background piece of paper are dull gloss. We stamp these snowflakes multiple times before re-inking to create variation. The snowman was colored with copic markers. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Almost Friday! Here we have a simple holiday card and I smudged the words again slightly. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This time as I was gluing and as I tried to lift it up, the paper started to rip so figured it was good as is. You’d think I would learn but just get too excited and on a roll. 🤪

Motorcycle birthday wishes – Dec. 9, 2020

Hello everyone! Today we have a motorcycle birthday card. Found this graphite color in a buried paper stash and loved how it looked with the motorcycles. Had a little mess up smudging the B on my first attempt but I’m glad I hadn’t glue it yet and was able to re-stamp! That’s the tricky thing with the dull gloss paper, need to allow the ink to dry completely.
