Good Morning!  It’s bright and early here in WI as we pack to get moving and head to Seattle, WA and Portland, OR area.  We usually stay in MN with my brother but it makes the last day of travel difficult so we are heading all the way to Bismark, ND today.  We have 3 full days of travel.  We have a new series of books downloaded from audible so we should be occupied.  Have my knitting bag so looking forward to a few days of knitting.

Karissa has been working on some cards and so I’m stealing them for the blog!  Love this sweet simple card.  She found some lace tape…yes it is actually tape…I would love to be able to sell it but haven’t been able to find it…but it is cool.  I still looking for it….

Lots of orders right now so very busy in the shop!  Not much time for playing!  I did get my laundry room back in order and the first load of clothes for the year went on the line! Love sheets that have been line dried!

So here is more painting that I have been doing!  We have been working from 8-12 and then working on projects around the house.  Since we travel so much it seems like the house gets neglected so we are trying to catch up on things.  These pictures of the file cabinets are from where we make stamps…I thought it would be fun to just paint the file cabinets to make it a more cheerful place to work 🙂

rosyWell,  the day has certainly gone fast today but I guess the whole month has gone fast since we are staring March in the face!  I hope this cold and snow goes away soon.  Snow is fine.   Cold is not fine.  We loaded the trailer today and it was – 9 degrees.  That’s cold.  Indianapolis will be significantly warmer at 30 degrees this weekend.  Looking forward to that 🙂 We begin travel in the am…onward rejoicing we go!

Get Well Soon, Thinking of You

floral gardenWe are up early here in Brooks, KY and getting ready to head into Atlanta, GA.  Hope the roads are off grid lock there!  We got out of the truck and it was what I thought was “warm”  so I looked and it was 20 degrees!  It’s all in perspective!  20 degrees seemed so much warmer than the 1 degrees we left in Green Bay,

Love this new cuttlebug embossing folder!  again just a simple card using the floral garden stamp!

Get Well Soon

so gladI’ve been using some of our newer stamps for the displays in our booth and really like the ones just to send someone a cheer up card.  I try to take three matching papers and then fill the display with cards that all match.  Doesn’t always work but I do like how it looks when it does work!  So this card  is good for those who are recovering from surgery, from a cold, or the flu  or just whatever!  Very clean and simple.

Here’s another frame from my old window.  I’ve been crocheting these little flowers.  They are so much fun and only take a few minutes!

I love this daisy punch because it takes the place of ribbon.  Why use expensive ribbon when you can use a thin piece of scrap paper!

I finally broke down and bought an air conditioner for the studio!  Gasp it was sooooo hot!  It’s now a comfortable 78 degrees instead of 95 degrees!  I can work in 78 degree weather….not so much in 95 degrees!  With a busy schedule for August coming up I was just a little nervous about getting too hot up here and not being able to work.

The new stamps have arrived and we should have them for the Bloomington show!  I still have a little more to do on them this morning so I better get moving!  The cards are awesome and they’ll start showing up next week!  Have a great weekend!

Awesome to walk up in our own bed this morning!  Had a uneventful trip (those are the best!) and made it home early evening last night.  This post today is one of our new Make n Takes that was extremely popular!  Very easy quick card.  Off to get the special orders out today so its best I get to work!

Get Well Soon

Good Monday Morning! Using little tiny word stamps this week.  I also love the bugs stamps that we have.  They fly left and right so they can go which every direction you want them to go.  Getting ready for the Milwaukee show this weekend!  I am also working on the new stamps and we are building a deck.  I’m not sure why I try and do so much all at once!  Have a good Monday!
