Good Morning! We have been working on some cards kits or downloads as we call them. It is something that you purchase for a small fee and then download and print yourself. Usually we print on some type of white card stock. You can then color and cut out and make five cards adding additional paper and accessories.
As you can see, I kept the cards all very similar to make it quick and easy. That was the objective- to quickly make cards. It was so much fun! I had these five cards in within a short period of time. Super Fun! I hope you enjoy!
Good morning, happy Tuesday and thank you for all the messages and well wishes!
We have another Valentine owl card because it is just so much fun to color. And the books can be colored to match whatever card stock paper is used. Anyone else really into Valentines this year? Mostly it passes without much notice but this year, all things pink and red!
This paper has a high risk of smudging! Use a waterproof ink pad and be sure if you touch the paper that your hands are clean and dry! I love the look of it but really need to be careful when handling because it does take a long time to dry. I’ll even leave my images to dry overnight before returning to color with the alcohol ink markers.
Brown owl sitting on stack of two pink books. Background paper is pink with white polka dots. White ribbon is on left of card and tied in a knot. Two Valentine cards with owls, hearts, and asking “Hoo will be my Valentine?”
Good Evening! Here is another Valentine card. I got a good report from my surgeon today which was reassuring because one knee is further behind than the other and I was worried. So all is well!
Good Morning! Valentines Day is coming up soon so we thought to do a Valentines card. Someone asked a bit ago if we had any projects going. And we always do! The day after my surgery we had our counters in the kitchen replaced and then a new back splash. I planned it good. I didn’t do any work- the kids and Kevin did it all.
Old counters and backsplash The kids tiling!Finished!
We always love an owl card and here we used several stamps in the CS105 set. Also, used two older stamps: a party hat and the bitty block to add a background.
Happy Monday! Here is an owl birthday card with plaid paper background and a milkweed insert on the inside. Sometimes we don’t use an insert if the card is light but if dark, it is hard to see the words.
Cards for men always seem to be a challenge. This one is quick and easy though. Plaid paper found in a pack from Michaels (I believe.. can’t quite remember where I bought it) and stamps are in a set (CS107). We have a busy day ahead so keeping it short, happy Thursday!
good evening! I have continued to work on my class cards. I love this printed paper and the banner z fold card is one of my favorite cards to make. I hope to do some more stamping this weekend.
Hello- had a great time this weekend at the Stampfest stamp show! Worked on paperwork today and resting up since we head to South Carolina this weekend.
good morning! I think I have finally warmed up. It was so windy here in Augusta, GA and the wind goes right through the toy hauler. I had the heat cranked to 87 and it never got warm. Today the wind has died and it is now 90 in the trailer. That’s a little too warm!
Today’s card has the larger version of yesterday’s stamps.
