Good Evening! I got to spend the afternoon making Mother’s Day cards. It was so relaxing and fun! so I let Kevin pick one for his Mom and then I picked one for my Mom – all ready for Mother’s Day!!

Good Evening! We continue to be in a stay at home order and our area has seen a quadruple spike in Covid-19 cases due to some of the meat packing companies who are still working. They have finally shut them down but it is almost too late so we have become a hot spot here in Green Bay.

So our home project continues 😊 yippee. We got all the staining done on the stairs. It was quite a job… it’s probably hard to see in these pictures but I’m very happy with it. We went from orange oak to a deep java brown.

This first card uses stencils and distress inks in the background. If I made this card again – I would move the words on the purple swatch to line up with the edge of the card. It would have better balance.
