Sunday we needed air conditioning and today we need heat! goodness, the toes and fingers are cold today!
I guess we better get used to it seeing as winter is coming. The best thing about winter is snowman! Same style card as yesterday. I just used a different line stamp and words.
Stamps Used: BB22 Snowflake Fun Cube, HH10 Skinny Lines Border, FF36 KB’s Snowman Looking up, E261 Christmas Snow Fun
Good Morning! The sunshine and 80 degrees did not last long enough! We are back to 60 degrees but that is still very comfortable so we are not complaining. 🙂
Very busy day ahead of us today…just lots of little time consuming things to take care of. Hoping the entire list gets taken care of today. We are fresh from a nice relaxing day yesterday and are ready to go!
We really are not thinking about snow but I do love snowman! Stamps Used: G149 Word Frame; FF36 Heart Snowman; C218 Think Snow; BB22 Snowflake Fun Cube.
Hope your Monday is a good one.
Oh, I am SO happy that it is Friday! We have been working 10-12 hours a day trying to get the stamps all made so that we can have a little time to do some things around the house. Instead of painting yesterday…we made stamps till 11 pm! Almost done but I said that this morning and here it is 4 pm and I’m still working 🙂
We hope to take the weekend off and just enjoy being and home! AND doing some painting! Have a great weekend.
Stamps Used: C217 Be joyful!; FF38 KB’s Snowflake Ornament
it’s a quick and simple Christmas card this morning!
Stamps Used: C215 be merry, G145 Dotted Christmas Tree, AA15 Dual Dots Mini
I often get questioned about our little dual dots stamps. I actually use them often…but then I’m a polka dot kind of girl. They are just two tiny dots on each side of the stamps. I use them on the center of flowers, as a background, and as in this card on the ornaments.
just teeny tiny dots! Love them!
Our weather forecast for WI starting at 1 pm today is as follows…
so what does a girl do in this kind of weather?? She gets all her work done and then PAINTS! Yep, I’m having withdrawal symptoms from no painting. I have some cabinets that are going in the new pantry that need painting. I’m a happy girl!
Here are a few cards using hat pins on them. I love making the pins and using them on cards…adds a nice little touch.
We’ve had some busy days since returning from CO… not doing much but just getting things re-organized, needed to do laundry, buy groceries, clean house, and, of course, make stamps again! Just ordinary things that make each day a gift. I want to cherish each day and love the little things in it. Was really special to spend time with my parents and my brother while in Colorado. We made some new memories to cherish. Hope your ordinary days are special.

Hello! It feels like a long time since I did a live blog post! We made it to Denver, CO and back home again…We had a great time in CO! The weather was hot and nice. We have come home to perfect 70 degree weather here in Wisconsin.
It’s about time to start getting those Christmas cards done. Here is a easy Christmas card!.

Love this Mother’s day card with a Mother bird and baby birds! We should be in Denver, CO all ready for the Scrapbook Expo Denver show. Information regarding the show can be found at http://www.scrapbookexpo.com Hope to see you all in Colorado! It is suppose to be 87 degrees today so we are looking forward to warm weather since it has been really cold in Wisconsin.
adorable bunny card today with old book paper! The lace is a sticker lace! Karissa got it at some quaint little store in Uptown and we’ve been trying to find it ever since. I ordered some new lace tape from May Arts so we’ll see how it compares!
Todays card comes from a friend/customer named Faye! Isn’t it fun to see how creative people are!?? I love to get cards in the mail! So Sweet!
here is an awesome way to use some of our stamps for punches not with a punch. I used water color paper and pencils for the effect! We have a long road to travel today. We hope to make it all the way to York, NE!
Good Evening! Whew! it’s hard to go on vacation because it seems like I have come back tired! We will have some quick posts this week since we head out at 6 am for Denver, CO in the morning. We are all packed are as ready as can be 🙂
a quick note about this card: It’s good to remember that we don’t have to make the whole stamp fit in an area. By 3-d dotting the flower it helps the stamp fit!
a simple post while we are on VACATION! always better to look up!
