Here is an awesome Christmas card using the three circle die by Die-namics. I think it’s a cool die but it has limitations. I wanted a die that just cut three circles but this one cuts a frame around the three circles and then rounds the edges. I would rather have one that just does the three circles because I can frame it and round the corners. Then I can frame it however I would like 🙂 Our goal for 2014 is to introduce our own dies. You’ll see a die with just three circles since it would be so useful! I like when you can use things for more than just one way. This particular die really has its limitations but I do like it.
Stamps Used: G251 Double Solid Poinsettia Lg, C165 Double Solid Poinsettia Sm, E209 Christmas Reason Rejoice, F72 Merry Christmas Vertical Lg
so this is what we woke up to this morning out our bedroom window! Snow! How pretty! I told you I would show you the fabric I stood in line so long for….
it really was perfect! the fabric is all washed and cut and I have about 15 squares sewn, just 90 or so to go! well I’d better get to work on that paperwork. the desk is clear but all the balancing starts and the final paperwork for the accountant. ugh. my goal is to have it done by Friday 🙂 we’ll see how far I get.

your own dies….awesome! 🙂 Can’t wait to see what you have coming!
the fabric…also awesome! I am also hoping to see photos of your final project!! Looks like it will be a stunner! 🙂

Beth – I LOVE your card! It’s so beautiful – so Christmas-y – a classic.
I’m also hoping to see photos of your finished quilt.
You have snow – we woke up to thick fog in Iowa.

I hope your dies will be like the spellbinders- just a frame and open in the middle. It makes it easiest to stamp first and then cut. I would absolutely love to see your fox stamp with a die (and some foxy new word stamps to go with it). Also, your frog stamp would be cute cut out with a die. I have other ideas as well, will let you know.
Happy New Year, can’t wait to see you in Minnesota in 2014!

I’m getting help from one of the vendors this weekend for the designs. The frog I had thought of but not the fox…good suggestions. You might be interested to know; the fox is coming out in mini soon! It’s really cute.
