woodchuck/beaver banner

Creatures

Today my friends and I had a little crafternoon with bagels, cream cheese and orange juice. It was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon and perfect for making some valentine’s day cards. This time I made a small banner (pictured above) with the little woodchuck stamp (C199), which looks a lot like a beaver and could probably pass for either! It is incredibly fun to stamp with. And I have a couple extra pieces leftover that I think would make really cute gift tags.

hello from GA

Conventions

Hello from Lawrencville, GA! We had an awesome day today. Met so many old faces along with lots of new faces.  I have to tell you about a lady that took my class on Friday. I was so impressed and inspired by her!  She was diagnosed with arthritis at age 15! Has had hand surgery and fingers welled together…. lots of things going on with her hands that would make movements difficult. But it doesn’t stop her from stamping! Everytime I asked if I could help her… her response was always… “I will try it and then let you know!” So ladies, let’s not let anything stop us from trying! Thanks to her for reminding me that life comes with challenges but we plow through them!

We will be doing the gift card in Make n Takes on Sunday!  Come and see us.  – Beth

a little bit of old and a little bit of new

Holiday

Happy Friday everyone! Here are some card samples from this past holiday season.

G308 is one of my favorite stamps and I can’t wait to make some cute cards next December! For now though it is time to say good bye to the Christmas season and say hello to Valentine’s day. Here are some new stamps in time to make something special for your loved ones.

Stayed tuned for some card examples coming next week. Have a great weekend!
