Just a couple of cute Valentine cards but not very good pictures 🤷‍♀️ !!

I think Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday ❤️ I also love pattern paper. I typically cut all my pattern paper down for easier storage but it does limit you when your pattern paper has a definite pattern to it like these hearts. I will usually cut some of them horizontal and then some of the vertical.

I actually sometimes just cut paper when I’m looking to relax! Have a great week.

WI Cold Advisory

Hello! It’s been a long time since you have heard from us. WI is pretty cold right now so I had a chance to do some stamping today. Sometimes I forget how much I love to stamp!

I didn’t put any words on it because I’m never sure what kind of card it will be or who the card is going to. I love polka dots though! Hope you all are well and keeping warm.

Thank You Cards

You’ve probably been wondering where we have been??! Life does get complicated. We lost our Mother last month. She had been failing for a few months so we had been helping Dad. We still have lots going on but who doesn’t? I still love to stamp when I have time. Winter is coming so I always think there is more time in Winter.

I had a patient (I work for an eye doctor) give me something for helping him – really just for doing my job😊 but I wanted to send him a thank you card. Oh it was so much fun to do! Nothing fancy but simple and quick.

So I could probably make cards for the next 10 years without buying any paper but when I saw this it, well, I had to buy it!

I spent the last few days making cards. Because I am not sure what kind of cards I want I didn’t add any words. I will add words before sending them out.

I had a ton of fun making all these cards. I also cut all the paper 4×5.25 and keep the left over pieces all together.

Hello. We’ve been working hard around the house on projects but I have also needed sympathy cards. I did a little stamping to stock up my stash. Some layouts are old stand byes that I use.

We finally got some hot weather in WI! It’s been in the 90’s. We are having trouble getting our pool chemicals right since we didn’t get the pool opened last year. I’ve been anxious to do some exercising in the pool. So we bought a bunch more chemicals hoping to get it right! We are having thunderstorms tonight so I think I might do some stamping. Happy Fourth of July

Birthday, Cutting Dies w/ matching stamp, flowers

It’s vacation around here so I’ve been able to do a little stamping. I needed a birthday card but I was, like always, late! I think I use the bee-lated birthday stamp the most of all my stamps.

I was a little annoyed by some fuzz that got on my “L” the of the stamp and made a funny mark. Buts it’s hand stamped right??!? Doesn’t need to be perfect. I could put an insert in and re-stamp it. I still might do that!

I also needed to increase my with sympathy card stash since my parents generation has been leaving this earth. Hopefully I will find the time to blog them.

I am purging things and cleaning out drawers and cupboards while on vacation. It’s a much needed project and very satisfying.
