Good Evening! A quick card tonight using some of the pieces of paper on my desk. Sometimes you ended up with all these pieces while you are creating. I wasn’t quite sure what to do with this yellow paper but thought the card was fun.

It looks like embossed yellow sheet but then it like to me you die cut the scalloped circle but also looks like it was cut or embossed on yellow.
What am I seeing and how did you do it?
