Happy Friday to You all! so happy it’s Friday! Glad for a couple days off from the stamping world. While home, we try really hard not to work on the weekends. I know that it is hard to imagine but when your work lives with you sometimes it’s hard to turn off! There is always more that can be done and sometimes you just have to stop. 🙂 I have a little trouble with that.
For those of you who have been wondering about the Triple Circle Flip die that is like The Paper Cut Triple Circle Z Fold card…mine has finally arrived. It is VERY different! VERY small! It’s cute but I really feel like it doesn’t compare to the cards. One reason I was disappointed in it, was that there is really no place to put an inside saying. Most everything is seen from the front of the card. It was a little pricey at $29.99 but comes with lots of little things to cut out. I much prefer to punch out three little circles that have to put things through the die cutting machine three times. But it is really fun to play with and cute. We will have a few for sale at the Lawrencville, GA show coming up in a few weeks.

I love seeing your cards daily! But this one really caught my eye! hugs from MD

I decided to see if I could make that side longer! I did it a little different than you mentioned Jana. I just didn’t put my top board over that end and made it bigger that way. It worked! Loved it! Will show the card later this week on the blog

There’s a way to make the right side longer and fold it in to have more room to write. You pull the paper over/on top of the piece that cuts the end and run it through. Being on top makes a score line that makes it easy to fold in. At least this works with the single-shape z-fold cards. Sizzix has been sold out every time I’ve tried to buy the other ones! 🙂

Jana, I loved your suggestion and tried it but did it just a little different. I just did not cover the back end with my top board and worked like a charm!

Hi Beth, This YouTube will show how to extend the card. She uses a Stampin Up die but the concept is the same. You can start the video at 2:11 for the extended version.
