cupcake flipIt’s a beautiful sunny day today!  Taking a break from all my painting to hit the local thrift stores with my sister Sonya and friend Holly!  Picking up donuts on the way!  Looking for the old fashion rolodex for Karissa to put Cling mounted stamps in…wish me luck!  Saw it on Pintrest, thought it was a great idea.  With Kevin gone, Travis and I are heading to MN to see Karissa and do a little IKEA shopping!

friends circle cardIt is a beautiful morning here in Green Bay, WI 55 degrees and sunny.  Just a nice crisp morning.

Kevin made it to Yuma, AZ last night while Travis and I are busy getting ready for the next show which is in Puyullup,  WA.  I started to paint some of my cabinets for the studio.  I have a bunch of mismatched things that I figure if I paint all the same it will make it not look so mismatched !  I’ve decided painting is a lot of work!  Hopefully it will look nice when done 🙂

lamb happy dayGood Morning!  We had a great time in Akron, OH!  Got home at 3:30 am!  I think I slept most of the way home.  Kevin’s a night owl so he didn’t get tired until 3 am so I helped him stay awake the last half hour.

Here’s a card to wish a happy day to a friend!  What a nice surprise it would be to send our friends a card just to wish them a happy day!

friend yellowI really can’t wait till The Paper Cut gets these flip cards run…they are so much fun!  They make an easy quick card.  They have some other shapes that you’ll see sometime next week 🙂

We are off to Akron, OH this morning…long drive ahead of us…it’s a good 11.5 hours.  Travis is going with to help so that’s exciting.  He’s usually a big help which means not so much work for me!

oh happy dayOh, it’s a happy day!  The stamps are made the trailer is packed and I have time to clean the house so that I come home to a clean house!  Word from The Paper Cut is that the flip cards will not be available for Akron 😦 so sad!

Kevin went to get my desk out of storage so I’m hoping to get my new IMac (gift from Karissa!) set up.  My new printer is here since my old one is on its last leg so lots to do!  It Endless!

Friendship, Frogs & Bugs, Hello, Just a Note, smile

My friend, Sarah (The Paper Cut, Inc.) has decided that we should work out together.  Gasp! What was I thinking when I agreed.  My arms and legs feel like they are going to fall off.  This after only two days of working out with Sarah.  Good thing we are at different hotels for the next few days…she won’t know if I’m slacking off 🙂

happy day insideHere is the inside to yesterdays card!  I love the razzleberry, blue raspberry, and mustard colors together!  Our hotel has blue raspberry and hot fudge colors in their carpet…it is inspiring me for a card 🙂

This happy day border was really popular this last weekend in GA!  It is just a great pick me up saying!  Have a HAPPY DAY!

Friendship, smile, Snowman, Winter

Be happy SnowmanI love the colors on this card!  Orange and Razzleberry, two of my favorites!  The new chevron border is also a favorite.  I love border stamps since they add so much to cards!  The chevron stamp has solid chevron on one side and open on the other side so you can color in!  Maybe I’ve blogged this before but it never hurts to repeat!

My hotel is right next to a Hobby Lobby so I’ve been keeping myself busy with the website instead of shopping but I think the walls are closing in a little today so plan to head over there!  Looking for some printed stripe paper and kleenix!
