We have some coffee cards this week. We are going to need it…we got home for Novi, MI (Had a GREAT time in MI!) at 2 am and we leave for OH at 4 am on Thursday and we have a lot of stamps to make! Blogging is going to be scarce this week but I hope its a good one.

Gasp! It’s Monday already! We had a very big weekend with Karissa home. It went much too fast! Karissa made some cute cards. I think this was my favorite! I bought some My Minds Eye paper (by the way one of my favorite paper companies!) and she went to work. Stamps Used: G316 KB’s Capp Cup Lg; B273 Espressoly for You; H124 KB’s Capp Border.
So my list of things to do today is pretty long: finish painting the pool deck (got one coat and then rain!), barcode all the stamps we made, price all the product that came in, barcode the paper order, finish stuffing Make N Takes, Get class paper kits together, get Design & Treasure Paper kits together…don’t think it can all be done in a day! but I better get going and see how far I get!
Karissa was doing a little stamping in my studio with the new stamps yesterday. I really should have taken a picture of my studio now…disaster! She can make as big a mess as I can. But she came up with some good cards so all in a day’s work. Then we went thrift shopping for a couple of hours. Got a really good magazine rack that I think will work great for 12×12 paper. I’ll show you before and after pictures when I get to that project.

Good Morning! We are having a complicated stay here at the Homewood Suites in Windsor Locks, CT! Our internet has not been working and it creates all kinds problems for us. My room has no internet and Sarah and Ron’s from the paper cut have sketchy internet but at least you can get on. I have to go to their room to get on and at best it’s really slow 🙂 it’s amazing how attached to the internet I am!
We had talked about making a trip to Cape Cod and then to Martha’s Vineyard but we’ve decided we are a little too weary for extra travel so I’m off on a mission to find Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. I like to paint about as much as I like to rubber stamp! Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is all the rage on Pintrest but you can only get it at little antique like shops so we are off on a little hunt for the paint!

It’s a beautiful day for traveling…not too hot and not too cold! Internet’s a little slow as we travel through the hills of PA so I better get this done before I lose it all together.

Number five of our new Make n Takes! I’m really excited for the new Make n Takes. We are frantically doing all the last minutes stuff before we leave for the East Coast. In addition to all that we hope to trim the windows and floor in the studio today! Plus get taxes picked up and taken care of….lots to do….better get going!
I know it is Saturday and normally I don’t blog…but just a couple things. I want to wish my niece a very HAPPY Birthday today! Hard to believe she is 14! It’s a great morning for coffee! A little chilly here this morning but not too bad around 28 degrees. My phone says more snow today but none for now. I think we got a total of seven inches which isn’t bad but kept Kevin busy shoveling snow most of the day. I used the AA10 dot again on this card along with a new arrow snowflake stamp for the background. You’ll discover snow on my brain since all the next few cards feature it! Hope your warm and dry!
Here is another Make n Take that we’ve added to our booth! We’ve been working hard at getting new ones! Our time with my niece and nephew is fast coming to an end! We have so enjoyed having them stay with us. I think I’ll miss these hectic mornings trying to get kids up, fed, and too school. Hoping to get the truck packed and ready for Fort Wayne, IN show!
