Hello! Today’s card was because of a need I had for a card. I wish I had piles of cards made up ahead of time so when I need one I could just go pull one. But since that is not the case…I needed to make a card 🙂 We spent sometime with a childhood friend before our trip to TX so wanted to send a card to her. Today is a sad day in our household as we put our beloved dog Cocoa to sleep. She has gone 7 days without eating and it is time. Difficult day ahead for Kevin but he knows that it is best for her. We have had her for 19 incredible years!

This is one of those times that it is difficult to say goodbye to our precious furry friends. We have had to face that many times in our family.

I’m so sorry about Cocoa. We had our last dog for 18 years and have missed her so much. We now have a rescue dog, a darling six year old Shih Tzu. She has brought sunshine back into our lives.

So,So sorry to hear about Cocoa. I teared up just reading about it. I had to do that with my Sadie in March and I’ve just recently stopped watching for her to come running when it thunders. You must have taken good care of Cocoa to have her so long. I really like your card. I like the colors and the image is precious. God bless.
