just a quick post this morning 🙂

We are finally leaving Florida.  We had a great show in Clearwater!  THANK YOU ladies!  There was a little excitement as we left the show.  Soon after we started breaking down the fire alarms went off.  Nobody could find a fire in the building we were in but suddenly there was smoke coming from the building next door.  Soon the fireman were there with lots of fire trucks.  We hurried up and left.

Our new trailer has a little sway to it so Kevin thought as long as we were in nice warm Florida we would stay and get some air bags and shocks put on to make the drive home a little easier but nobody had parts in stock. 😦  Then we got word this morning that my aunt died.  We had been expecting it since she was doing poorly but I can’t imagine losing my mother so my heart hurts for my cousins.  So we decided to head home this morning so I can hopefully get home for the funeral.

Karissa has been putting her brother machine to good use!

Good Morning!  I thought we were all settled here in FL but the campground we picked is a little claustrophobic for Kevin so we are moving to a new campground this morning 🙂  So onward rejoicing we go! 🙂

Good Monday Morning to You!  It’s very cold here today in WI…somewhere are 15 degrees which with the wind is pretty cold 🙂  Thinking of the New England area and their snowstorm coming…so be safe out there.

Today’s card comes from my friend Michelle who designs cards for several companies and does an awesome job!  I love the way she thinks.  If you notice the leaves in the background of this flower…it is actually the leaf from the Lily of the Valley!  Amazing…if you remember she’s the one who took the small father’s day tie and made it into a flower.  She definitely thinks outside the box 🙂

We managed to get all our booth from the 8’x22′ trailer into the back of a 8′ x 12′ garage of a toy hauler!   Whoopee!  It’s a tight squeeze but that will keep everything from moving around 🙂

Hello!  Today’s card was because of a need I had for a card.  I wish I had piles of cards made up ahead of time so when I need one I could just go pull one.  But since that is not the case…I needed to make a card 🙂  We spent sometime with a childhood friend  before our trip to TX so wanted to send a card to her.  Stamps Used:  G334 KB’s Sisters Lg, F234 True Friendship

Today is a sad day in our household as we put our beloved dog Cocoa to sleep.  She has gone 7 days without eating and it is time.  Difficult day ahead for Kevin but he knows that it is best for her.  We have had her for 19 incredible years!

It’s Friday! How awesome is that?!  We are looking forward to a weekend off and just doing projects around the house.  We have a floor in the mudroom that we need to grout and knobs to put on.  The next project is taking out some cabinets in the kitchen.  That might be too big of a project for this weekend.  And of course, the Green Bay Packers play the Seattle Seahawks this weekend so Go Pack GO!  Have a great weekend.

Good Afternoon!  Well, I have most of the orders done (not all but getting there!) and the dirty clothes are just about done but the house really needs some cleaning 🙂  I really need to take the time in the morning to get it clean…it’s driving me crazy.

Took the time to use the new candles stamp.  It is so versatile !  This is what it looks like…it is a mirror image stamp:

Good Monday Morning to You!  We are traveling home from the Grapevine, TX show.  We had a great time in Grapevine but always glad to be heading home.  It seems like the weather will cooperate with our commute and we should have sunshine all the way home.  That makes me smile 🙂

We have made the incredible birthday stamp into a incredible day stamp!  We should have these new stamps on the website within the next few weeks.  I also love the smile embossing folder.  Always good to smile.

Good Morning!  Company is all gone! Whew!  Love to have them all come but nice to be back to just the two of us…Although Karissa and I accomplished a lot this weekend.

Karissa and her Dad spent the afternoon making a bench out of an old crate.  Total cost of project was $10 for the hinges!  She is her mother’s daughter !

Good Morning!  It’s Friday!  Exciting! Easy to be merry on a Friday!

We are finishing up on our cling mount displays today.  Kevin has been peeling up the floor in the mudroom to get ready for tiling it…maybe tomorrow 🙂

Have a funny story to tell you about Kevin 🙂  He was cutting the peg board in half for the displays and he says to me…”this one is a little crooked ”  So I say “why is it crooked?”  He’s says “well, I shut my eyes.”  My reply “YOU WHAT!??”  Seriously why would you shut your eyes while cutting with a saw 🙂  Apparently he didn’t put goggles on and the sawdust was flying.  Lucky he still has all his fingers.
