So the house is back to a quiet household and we are back in the shop today. We are hoping to go to Minnesota for the weekend so we want our stamps for the Grapevine, TX show to be done. I think we are in for some long days😜

Good Morning! Today brings more data entry! 😳. I did stop yesterday to work on my Design & Treasure (D&T) project. D&T is a Friday night class held before Heirloom Production Conventions. There are four teachers, four projects at 1/2 hour long. I will be doing this project: a gift card holder. It was fun and easy, oh and quick too!

Hello! We are busy working on our new POS (point of sale) system. We have 3 cases out of 12 done. It takes us about 5 hours for each case. And that is just the stamps…then we will have all the accessories to go. ugh.
We will be working in the shop this morning. A few orders to get out and stamps to make for the next show. My household projects are all on hold 😢

Good morning! We have had a rough couple of days. We had a fabulous time in Carson, CA though.
Kevin looked at the weather report Saturday Morning and high winds and snow were in the forecast so Kat graciously let us leave the show early. Sat and Sun travel went good. Then Monday came…there were tornado watches and warnings following us all across TX, OK, & KS. We stayed just ahead of them but the winds were high and the nerves stretched thin😳
We are back on the road this morning with things looking good for travel 😊

so since I failed to blog yesterday we will make up for it today! Spending the day running errands in town.
Had to get the winter coat out for the first time!! I think winter is coming.
I get these crazy coupons from a store called Younkers… they are $50 off a $50 purchase and $35 off a $35 purchase. Hard not to use them… So I got 3 pairs of socks, one really cool pair of boots, two sweaters, and one long sleeve t-shirt for $15! Crazy! My friends are all jealous and I have no idea how I got on the mailing list for them but love it. 😜

Finally have all the orders done and mailed! Love that feeling. Now we can start making stamps for the next convention which is in Mesa, AZ and Carson, CA. We have to beef up inventory a bit to handle both shows.

Hello! We are still having summer like days and running air conditioner. Not complaining , winter and snow will be here soon enough. Did some cleaning today so just getting out to the shop. I need to barcode all the stamps. I will be working late into the night.
Kevin has a free day to change oil in vehicles and then tonight he is taking our nephew, Drew, to the shooting range for his birthday. I’m not sure who is more excited- Kevin or Drew? 😉
