Oops! I think I missed blogging yesterday! Bad Head Cold AGAIN! Getting very tired of these head colds that keep coming back to visit. This latest one for whatever reason makes it hard to breath.

You’ll notice on this card and the one the day before that I took two circles. One light blue the other dark blue…cut them in half and used them opposite of each other from the front to the inside..cool?!

Happy Spring!  Well it is suppose to be Spring!  Doesn’t feel like Spring in WI.  We are at 9 degrees and WINDY!  so it feels like 9 below.  But it looks beautiful so as long as I can work inside and look out at all the sunshine…it’s wonderful!

More on the ball this morning than yesterday!  Whew some days are just tough.

We had at least 4-5 inches of snow yesterday the ground looks so fresh and clean!  Company coming today so I have lots to do and should probably sweep and dust a little!

These little birds have been fun to work with…actually they are not really little and I like that about them.  We re-did some of the birdie sayings so they fit nicely together.

wow, almost missed blogging today!  Decided to start making stamps for Ocean City, MD show and got in the zone and almost forgot to stop!

Love these new birds…they are adorable!  Orange is such an awesome color…if you watch I think it’s going to be the color of 2013!

 

This is a bright spring time card!  Although Green Bay looks nothing like spring right now.  Snow.  Yes, it’s snowing again.

Karissa had a rough day yesterday but all is better this morning.  We were hoping for a smooth go of it but she managed to get sick from the meds.  Oh well, that’s life!  Now lets just hope for no dry sockets!  That would be worse.

Although it is snowing outside the birds are chirping!  Reminds us to sing even when things are not going smooth. Have a good weekend.

 

It’s a beautiful snowy day today!  It’s gorgeous…just a slight snowfall.  Nice when we don’t have to drive in it!  May your day be beautiful!

 

 

Whew, we have had a rough day today!  Some days you just get those days and you might as well grin and bare them.  It all started with a 6 am call from my sister, Sonya (many of you have met her!  Best Sister Ever!) saying her car isn’t running right and will Kevin come help her?  I woke up finally free of head colds and flu symptoms (they have been constant since just after Christmas!)  Only to have a migraine and so I took meds and went back to bed.  I finally get up a few hours later to Sonya calling again.  Kevin had brought her our son Travis’s car and he brought hers home to look at!  Now Travis’s car won’t start and she is stranded at the grocery store.  So off Kevin and Travis go to see what is up with his car.  Well the end result of the day was…Sonya needs to buy a new car and Travis needs a new starter in his car.  So we are off tonight to help her shop for a car.  She wants Kevin’s expert opinion!

My headache finally went away and I actually accomplished a ton of work!  I was in the mood to design new stamps so when the mood strikes…it’s best to follow it.
