Good Morning! ☀️ I have to confess that I love gatefold cards. I really like using the die Sarah and I designed for the tops. The cards open so seamless compared to cutting with two dies. I think it's because the new die is perfectly centered.
My biggest dilemma is I like patterned paper for the sides. I went to a local scrapbook store and bought $50 worth of patterned paper and wasn't really happy with any of it 😡
The other day I decided that as a stamper, ( right; we are stampers!!) I should just stamp my sides and I am so much happier with them. Just the right amount of pattern.
I learned something else while doing this card…glue can smear your ink. yep, don't look too close or you can see where my glue got away from me and smeared the ink 🙄

Good Morning! We had a nice weekend. I failed in my attempt to not work 🙃 I sorted some rubber and did some cleaning in the shop that felt good to get done.
I also needed to design a project for the Hamburg, NY show and they wanted Halloween or Christmas so today’s card is the product ! Really fun to make!

Good Morning from Minnesota! We had a great weekend so we decidedly to stay an extra day. Kevin and our daughter are going car shopping tonight. He’s excited; he loves to buy cars😝 She not so much; it’s her pocket book!

We drove to Woodbury, MN last night and will go the rest of the way to Shakopee, MN today to set up for the show. Seems weird to be in hotels again 😜

We have had some complicated days…our trip back from Orlando did not go smooth. We are healthy and fine but our fifth wheel not so much. We did not have an accident but the fifth wheel has a basic structure problem so it has been sent back to the dealer who anticipates sending it back to the manufacturer. It has greatly complicated life.
But we are looking ahead to the Minneapolis/St Paul show this weekend. We are making stamps and stuffing make n takes!! 😊

The adventures continue! We had a long day of travel yesterday with snared up traffic. Atlanta, GA had a 5 car pile up which created slow/stopped traffic. Nashville TN just had a lot of traffic. We should have arrived around 6 pm in Lake Park, GA which is right at the Florida border. We didn’t arrived till after 7:30 🙄 Slow traffic is far better than us getting in an accident or something breaking; all in all not a bad trip.
Today was completely uneventful!😊 We have arrived in Kissimmee FL! All I can say is it is HOT and HUMID!!😜
