Made some cards like this for my friend who just had a baby! an adorable baby girl with red hair! The joys of raising a red head await them!
We have made it to OH for the Stampaway Convention. Drove last night till 2 am then up at 7 am for the rest of the trip in. We had to be here by at least 3 pm so we could move everything from the trailer to the booth. No set up today just moved everything in. Now a restful night so we can be ready to go in the morning! It’s been a busy week …
So Good Afternoon! We are almost packed and ready to leave for OH! We plan to leave tonight after church so we go through Chicago at night.
Some friends of our recently had a baby and her baby shower is Friday night when we are in OH but I’m going in on a gift with some others but said I would make the card so here it is! Cute huh!??
So another card from Karissa! She has saved me this week with all the cards she made when she was home. You can always tell her cards because I think she uses the little A190 Heart on everything! It does add just that little bit extra. I like it for when I accidently get a smudge or spot on my card then I cover it up with the little heart!
Lots to do today so I’m off and running!
We have some coffee cards this week. We are going to need it…we got home for Novi, MI (Had a GREAT time in MI!) at 2 am and we leave for OH at 4 am on Thursday and we have a lot of stamps to make! Blogging is going to be scarce this week but I hope its a good one.

EK Success Punch
Good morning everyone, this Friday looks like it is going to be a beautiful day. Here is another card with KB’s Bookish Owl. I have always struggled with this EK punch in the past but with the DD55 Fun Cube, the words fit so well in the middle punch which allows layering with the large punch and is such a cute addition.

It’s Hump Day today! Half way through the week!
I love getting up at 5 am…the last two mornings I’ve gotten up at 5 and I get so much done! I feel like I’ve complete a day’s work and I look at the clock and it’s only 11! I love that!
We are frantically getting ready for Novi, MI show. We have added for sure 3 new Make n Takes and if I have time today I might add a fourth!
We painted the pool deck this week and it looks awesome. I love clicking things off my to do list! Kevin thinks I add three things for every one thing I cross off! If you need to paint an old deck or old concrete the new Behr DeckOver paint at Home Depot ROCKS! You use a lot so be prepared!
Can you see Kevin in there painting the inside steps!?? We rolled all the deck part, hand painted the steps, and sprayed the lattice. Wanted to take lattice out since it’s so old fashioned but we only plan to keep the pool a few more years so decided not to spend any more $ on it!
So Karissa put magnets on the bottom of my glitter and put it on my black turn table! It works really good..think I might leave it there.

Gasp! It’s Monday already! We had a very big weekend with Karissa home. It went much too fast! Karissa made some cute cards. I think this was my favorite! I bought some My Minds Eye paper (by the way one of my favorite paper companies!) and she went to work. Stamps Used: G316 KB’s Capp Cup Lg; B273 Espressoly for You; H124 KB’s Capp Border.
So my list of things to do today is pretty long: finish painting the pool deck (got one coat and then rain!), barcode all the stamps we made, price all the product that came in, barcode the paper order, finish stuffing Make N Takes, Get class paper kits together, get Design & Treasure Paper kits together…don’t think it can all be done in a day! but I better get going and see how far I get!
Karissa was doing a little stamping in my studio with the new stamps yesterday. I really should have taken a picture of my studio now…disaster! She can make as big a mess as I can. But she came up with some good cards so all in a day’s work. Then we went thrift shopping for a couple of hours. Got a really good magazine rack that I think will work great for 12×12 paper. I’ll show you before and after pictures when I get to that project.
