This is done with an die cut. very easy to do. instructions on package. here is link.

Please call my cell number at 920.883.7909. I think you may have purchased the incorrect cutting die. If you are trying to cut the cards into a triple z fold – there is a different cutting die for that. You purchased the Cutting Die that cuts out the flags to put in the z fold triple flag.
