Thinking of my parents as they attended a funeral today of someone who was a wonderful part of our lives during my childhood. Amazed again of how quickly life passes and so thankful for those who have been a graceful, steady, kind example. Stamps used: H23 Debbie’s Coneflowers. E153 Debbie’s Coneflower Sm and/or E98 With Sympathy/Vertical would work as well.

update from BETH: Wow, things have been just a little hectic around here. We finally made it home but only had six days and now we are off again to West Springfield, MA. This card was made for a friend of ours who passed away on Friday at the age of 93! She was a sweet friend and we are going to miss her! She had her funeral all planned out and choose Kevin as a pallbearer. Glad we were home to help carry out some of her last wishes!

Love the cut on the white piece….what did you use there?

Hi Ronda!
To make the cuts, I use my spellbinder dies. I place them over the card and then because I want only half of the die to cut…when I run it through the machine, I only place the sandwich piece on the part that I want to cut. It really is quite simple but hard to explain?
